William M. Stover, III, went to be with the Lord on March 23, 2003. Born on April 23, 1943, he was a decorated Vietnam Veteran. Bill was a lifelong resident of the Cleveland area and never met a stranger he would not help. Preceded in death by his parents, William M. II and Elaine. He is survived by his children, Tammi Reniff, John Reniff, Traci, Julie (Greg) Shook, and William M. IV.; fiance of Connie Clementson; former husband of Patricia; many special grandchildren and great-grandchildren; big brother of Jack, Thomas, Michael, Terry, Deborah and Kathy.
