Kristina (Price) Fodge, 36, of Zelienople, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016.
She was born Dec. 3, 1979 in New Kensington.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Allison Park. Kristina graduated from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing and was employed as a registered nurse with Premier Plastic Surgery in Wexford. Kristina was a loving mother and wife and enjoyed golfing, animals of all kinds and especially her dog, Luci.
She is survived by her loving husband, Shawn M. Fodge; her children, Madalyne and Mackenzi; her parents, Wilburn "Sonny" (Diane) Price of Alabama; her mother, Kathleen (Wenzel) (William "Fred") Nulph of Allison Park; her in-laws, Frank and Jeri Fodge of St. Marys; her sister, Jessica (Justin) Rall of Gibsonia; and her grandparents, Catherine Wenzel and Bernice Fodge.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Richard Wenzel.
A memorial service for Kristina (Price) Fodge will be held Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 11 a.m. at the Charles B. Jarvie Springdale Funeral Home, Inc., 801 Pittsburgh St., Springdale, with The Rev. Karen Slusser officiating. Burial will be private for the family.
Friends will be received Monday, Nov. 28 from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Lupus Foundation of Pennsylvania, 100 W. Station Square Dr., #1920, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15219.
