Kekelik, 59, wife of John Kekelik, 114 Clemons Street, died unexpectedly Thursday of a heart attack at her home, She had been employed at the New Departure Plant, Sandusky, for 16 years. Surviving with the husband, John are three daughters by a previous marriage. There are two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Elizabeth Potts Williams and her first husband. Born in Indiana, he was a meat inspector for the of Ohio until retiring in 1975. He was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sandusky. Surviving are his wife, Ruth (Williams), to whom he was married 53 years; a son, Richard Jr., Fayetteville, N.Y.; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; five sisters; Grace Green, Jean Hyde, Ione Matter and Betty Garlock, all of Sharon, Pa.; and Helen Weisen, Albuquerque, N.M.; and two brothers, Jack, Cleveland; and Terry, Columbus. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Dorothy Keough; and three brothers, James, Edward and Ira. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Frey-Groff Funeral Home, 604 W. Washington St., Sandusky, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
