COLE JR., EDWWARD NELSON, 69, of Kissimmee passed away Saturday, February 5, 2005 at a local hospital. He was born in Syracuse, New York and moved to Kissimmee in 1983. He was a retired Chef and member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Kissisimmee, Florida. Mr. Cole is survived by his loving wife, Mary L. of Kissimmee; sons, Peter Cole of Sarasota, FL, and Edward N. Cole III of Auburn, NY; daughters, Theresa Cole of Kissimmee, Melody Ahmed of Tampa, FL, and Sandra of North Carolina; brother, William Cole of Maryland; and five grandchildren. A Mass to celebrate the life of Mr. Cole will be held Friday, February 11, 2005 at 11 AM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Kissimmee, with Fr. R. Alfredo Ortiz as celebrant. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Thursday at the Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with a wake service at 7:30PM.
